Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving from Teasley Place!

Thanksgiving is, without a doubt, one of our favorite holidays. We all have so much to be thankful for and it is such a treat to spend time with family and friends!

This week saw Teasley Park really coming into fruition. The brick has been laid down and fresh soil was blown into the various planting areas. If you have not seen this done in a large building before it is something to behold! We actually pump the soil from the truck on the street through a huge hose straight into Teasley Park.

We also saw the streetscape starting to come to life. The curbs have begun to be installed and it will not be long now before we have our new, beautiful, extra wide sidewalks fully installed at Teasley Place.

Our Sales Center will be open this weekend during normal weekend hours (1-4PM) both Saturday and Sunday and we would love to give you a tour of the building. The residences are getting closer to completion every day and everyone NEEDS to see Teasley Park, our half-acre Central Park exclusively designed for Teasley Place residents.

We hope to see you soon at the Sales Center for a tour of Teasley Place!

Teasley Place is Nearing Completion

Excitement is building as we enter the final stages of construction at Teasley Place. The exterior elevation is living up to its promise of adding a timeless, sophisticated presence to the ever-changing downtown Alpharetta landscape.

New Neighbor to Teasley Place

There’s a new neighbor moving in by Teasley Place- a brand new science, technology, engineering and math (STEM)-focused high school campus.

According to district Chief Operating Officer Patrick Burke, “The innovative design of the campus is the result of many months of engagement with district and school leaders, parents, business and community members, Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce and partners in higher education.”

The plans display a beautiful layout with ample trees for the sprawling campus. This new STEM high school will join the ranks of top-rated schools in the surrounding area. For more information, check out this article
